It is a gym covering 1000m2 and has 3 floors, 3 rooms and 1 terrace. You’ll find a studio to do functional activities and martial art on the 1st level. The second floor is for fitness, pilates and TRX. The third floor is dedicated to dance, spinning and fitness. You will find the terrace, which offers open space and a sitting area.

Alpha & Fenix’s trainers created these workouts to tone, firm and increase muscle mass. There are courses to suit all ages and levels. They are all experienced and internationally recognized. Alpha & Fenix has an osteopathic clinic.
Cross-training, Pilates and Postural Dynamic are some of the training methods. There is a class to suit everyone, as you can see. You can park your car in the free parking lot, change and have access to showers.

We wanted to bring another Rome gym with a pool as we reach the end of Rome’s last one. It’s not common for gyms to have a pool. If you want to do multiple activities at once, Swim & Fitness is an excellent option. It is located in Quadraro.
You can do aerobics and martial arts at Swim & Fitness. They also offer weight training, postural gymnastics, swimming, and yoga. You’ll find many machines, so there’s no waiting.
You can sign up for group classes by checking their schedule. They offer pilates and power yoga as well core training and HIIT throughout each week. Although every gym has changing rooms and showers, it does not say if they have parking or shower rooms.
